Raiders Appearance
Policy
PLAYER / DONATION REQUESTS
The Canberra Raiders receive hundreds
of requests for donations from various organisations
across Australia each and every week and while we
would love to meet all requests, unfortunately,
due to the enormous amount this is not possible.
The following criterion has been put in place to
filter such requests:

Groups must reside in the A.C.T
area or
-
Raiders Catchment Area
-
Must be Rugby League associated
or,
-
Education Associated.
-
A charity which assists the lives
of Canberrans.
All requests will be assessed on their a case by
case basis, and should be received in writing on letterhead
by the Promotions Co-Ordinator no later than 4 weeks
prior to the event. No requests will be considered
without a minimum of four weeks notice.

A response will be made only if your
request has been successful, this may not be immediate
and you may experience delays in a reply to your correspondence.
Due to the amount of hundreds of letters to Raiders
HQ each week it is hard to reply immediately. We ask
that you do not ring the Club for an answer.
Due to the high level of demand for players and their
strict training schedule, the Raiders cannot guarantee
that they will be able to provide a player for your
appearance.
We try to keep appearances to a maximum of one hour.
If you require an extension of this time you will
need to state it in the requests and discuss with
the Club after your formal request has been submitted.
Please also note that due to the ever changing nature
of training schedules the player or players requested
may change at short notice. The Raiders will endeavour
to have an alternative player or players attend the
promotion.
The Raiders will make the final decision if successful,
in relation to which player will attend your appearance.
The club will not enter into any personal appearances,
eg birthdays, weddings etc.
AUTOGRAPHS POLICY
The Canberra Raiders reserve the
right to approve or deny any items for signing at
there discretion.
ABSOLUTELY NO items should be sent to Raiders HQ
with out prior approval.
No requests should be made for multiple items to
be signed. Its is to be kept to a maximum of one
item only. Football cards will not be accepted.

The Package must include a self addressed pre paid
envelope or satchel for the return of your item.
Due to the unpredictable nature of professional
rugby league the Canberra Raiders can not guarantee
that items will be signed by the entire team.
Items will be signed by all players available at
the time of signing.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
The Canberra Raiders now attend The Tradies Club
in Dickson post-match, in which fans can get items
signed.
