Raiders front-rower Luke Page has been called into the Queensland Residents side which will take on the New South Wales Cup representative side  on July 9 before Game Three of the State of Origin Series at Suncorp Stadium. 

Page was signed by the Raiders in May from the Burleigh Bears and has since been outstanding for the Magpies up front in the Intrust Super Cup. 

The 23 year old will join Canberra and Souths Logan team mate Kurt Baptiste in the Maroons side with Baptiste selected at starting hooker.

In the true 'state verse state, mate verse mate' nature of Origin, the duo will come up against Raiders quartet Jack Ahearn, Mitch Cornish, Jake Foster and Mark Nicholls next Wednesday night.
