Canberra Raiders halfback Sam Williams has been released from hospital and will make a full recovery following an injury which caused a collapsed lung on Saturday against the Titans at GIO Stadium.
He will rest at home for the next few days before returning to training next week. A time frame for his return has not yet been determined but the injury is not expected to be long term.
The Raiders thank all of their loyal members and fans for their kind messages for Sam and they have been passed on to him. He once again thanked everyone for their support.
