The great Alan Tongue and Raiders Development Officer Adam Kyle spoke to Raiders TV from the finals of the annual Alan Tongue Cup played at Raiders Belconnen.

The Alan Tongue Cup is in it's third year now and is a fun-filled nine a side format aimed to introduce high school children to the great game of rugby league and encourage them to join their local clubs the following year.

This year there were 13 schools competing, many for the first time, which accumulated to over 170 high school children competing fromt he Canberra region.

Years 7/8 Winners: Lyneham High School

Years 7/8 Runner's Up: John Paul College

Years 9/10 Winners: Calwell High School

Years 9/10 Runner's Up: Campbell High School
