Approaching half-time on Saturday it appeared that the Raiders dominance of the Panthers would only yield a slim six-point lead at the break. That was until Leipana (Joey Leilua + Jordan Rapana) took it upon themselves to tear apart the Panthers defence and send the crowd at GIO Stadium into a frenzy.

Shifting the ball quickly to the right, Leilua barged his way past Tyrone Peachey to break the line. With Matt Moylan looming at the back, Leilua smartly placed a kick for his flying partner in crime to latch onto.

The try was Rapana's 22nd of the season, bringing him level with Jason Croker, Noa Nadruku and Brett Mullins for the most tries in a season by a Raiders player. Rapana has a chance to etch his name into the Raiders record books this weekend against the Storm.
