Raiders forward Elliott Whitehead has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee.

Whitehead has been handed a Grade two tripping charge against Broncos forward Alex Glenn.

If Whitehead takes the Early Plea he will miss one match. If he fights the charge and losses he faces two weeks on the sideline.

The Raiders are yet to make a decision on the charge and will review the incident before entering a plea.
