The Raiders back five delivered big time against the Eels in round five, with Jack Wighton tallying 236 running metres and Nick Cotric, Jarrod Croker and Jordan Rapana all easily cracking the 100 metre barrier.

Wighton expects this to be a common occurrence every week, with the Raiders relying on their backs to make big yardage and bust the game open.

"We've got a big back five so we need to use it. Raps [Rapana], BJ [Leilua] and Nick Cotric were all unreal on the weekend making the metres and doing all the hard work to give our forwards a rest," Wighton said.
