The Canberra Raiders NYC side are hoping to bag three wins in a row for the second time this year when they face off against the Melbourne Storm on Saturday.

Currently stuck in 11th position, the Raiders will be desperate for a win over the lower placed Melbourne storm if they are to stay in touch with the top eight. With a logjam of teams battling it out for the last few spots in the finals, Brett White’s men will be hoping for a big performance.

The Raiders will take the field without enforcer Kalani Going, who has been ruled out with a broken hand. This sees Hudson Young fill in the second row while Jarred Tuite moves to lock and retains the captain duties.

After an impressive two try performance against the Dragons last week, winger Wesley Tameifuna has been called into the starting side with Komiti Tuilagi moving to the bench.

Traveling up to Canberra is made more daunting for the 12th placed Storm when they consider the Raiders impressive record at home winning seven of their nine games at GIO Stadium.

The Storm are coming off the back of two big defeats which has halted their momentum coming into the match, but after the bye last week a well-rested and desperate Storm outfit  could cause a stir.
