Raiders forward Sia Soliola has appeared before the NRL judiciary following his charge by the NRL Match Review Committee.

Soliola has been suspended for five matches, with the judiciary handing him 540 demerit points. 

Soliola pleaded guilty at the panel, with the hearing lasting over two hours. The NRL prosecutor asked for a six week suspension (600 Points), Soliola's defence asked for 360 points totake loading into consideration.

Soliola will be free to return to the Raiders team for their round 26 match against the Storm in Melbourne.
