Luke Bateman has said that the Raiders are upbeat after Saturday's loss to the Storm.
"I thought we defended really well against the Storm, we put them into the corners and our performance wasn't far off from where we would like to be," Bateman said.
Bateman is looking forward to seeing new teammate Michael Oldfield get his chance for his full debut after he was named in the side on the wing in the absence of Jordan Rapana.
"He was pretty unlucky to not get onto the field on Saturday but that's just how it pans out sometimes."
"With the suspension of Jordan it will be a great chance for Michael."
