NYC Match Preview: Raiders v Warriors

Rd23PreviewNYC

The Canberra Raiders NYC side will be looking to pick up the points when they head to Auckland.

Brett White's troops head across the ditch with a number of positional changes after last week's loss to the ladder leaders the Cronulla Sharks. They face a young Warriors side who sit at the foot of the NYC ladder.

The match certainly has a Kiwi flavour to it with a number of the Raiders youngsters hailing from New Zealand.

Paul Roache (brother of Warriors hooker Nathaniel) will start at fullback whilst there will be a new halves pairing in Erin Clark and Derek Hay. Jarred Tuite will start at hooker after playing the last few matches from the interchange.

The young Raiders will be without promising second-rower Jack Murchie after he was promoted to the Mounties side for their clah against the Knights at Aubrey Keech.
