The Lebanon Rugby League team trained at Raiders Belconnen ahead of their opening 2017 World Cup match against France on Sunday afternoon at Canberra Stadium.
Assistant Coach Luke Burt fronted the media as he expressed his excitement ahead of the campaign.
"We were talking about how excited we are coming into town and getting into training as preparations step up," Burt said.
"It's a big occasion for the players this week, the Lebanese supporters and community are very passionate people so we will be hoping for a lot of support this week."
