How do I access Tickets?

Ticketed Members (Full Season Members & 4/6 Home Game GA Members)

Ticketed Members will need their unique 'AAN' (Advantage Access Number) to access tickets. This AAN password will be emailed to you on Friday 5th September.

Non-Ticketed Members (Flexi 3, Away Flexi, and Sofa Supporters)

For Non-Ticketed Members, you will need your exclusive member password to redeem tickets. Every Monday, you will receive an email containing this password along with a link. Simply click the link, enter your member password, and gain access to your tickets to purchase for that week.

When do tickets go on sale?

Ticketed Members will have exclusive access to tickets at the same time each week: Monday - 10:00 AM AEST

Non-Ticketed Members will have access to tickets at the same time each week: Monday - 4:00 PM AEST

General Public - Tuesday 10:00 AM AEST

How many tickets can I purchase?

Ticketed members can purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per AAN code.

Non-ticketed members can purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per transaction via the non-ticketed member code.

General public can purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per transaction.

What is a Club Supporter Bay Ticket?

A Supporter Bay ticket allows you to sit with other passionate Raiders fans. Each ticket holder will also receive one Club Supporter Flag.

Can I purchase the same seat as my Club membership?

Due to capacity restraints, same seat will not be available for members.

How do I purchase tickets for a large group?

How do I book accessible seating tickets?

For most games you will be able to purchase accessible seating on the main ticket purchase page via Ticketek or Ticketmaster, however if this option isn’t available for your preferred game, please use the links below:

Can I purchase tickets at the Raiders Centre?

No - Tickets are not available for purchase directly through the Canberra Raiders
