Jarrod Croker #284 Scholarship Program

The Raiders Foundation was proud to announce at Jarrod Croker’s Testimonial luncheon on Friday 1 December at Thoroughbred Park a new Scholarship, the Jarrod Croker #284 Scholarship.

Paul Walshe, Raiders Foundation Manager, said the Jarrod Croker #284 Scholarship acknowledges the tremendous contribution Jarrod has made both on and off the field since making his debut for the Raiders in 2009.

The scholarship will be available to a contracted Canberra Raiders Junior player aged between 17 to 19 years old who lives in Canberra or within a 100km radius.

Currently these players do not receive a living away from home allowance and have limited access to an education allowance. The scholarship would assist with rent, food, travel, and education expenses, something that was not available to Jarrod when he moved to Canberra from Goulburn at 17 years of age.
