Here is your guide to game day so you can make the most out of your membership.

ENTRY

For ticketed Members you will need to have your membership card to enter GIO Stadium.

Digital Membership Card

All Members are sent a digital card from MYPASS which has a link that you can add to your phones wallet, for instructions please see HERE.

Print PDF Membership Card

Ticketed Members will also be sent a PDF Print out Membership card that can be used for entry for all games as well, these will arrive to you in an email from 'The Locker Room'.

The digital and PDF membership cards can take up to two weeks to arrive after you have purchased your membership. If you purchase your Membership and are waiting for the card to arrive but need to attend a game you can use either of the below options:

Game by Game Tickets

You can also download game specific tickets using your online Raiders Membership account. LOGIN HERE.

Here you can download a printable ticket as well as a mobile wallet option.

Box Office

If you are having issues with any of the above options, you can visit the Box Office on Game Day where there is a Membership Enquiries Window on both the East and West entries where a ticket can be printed for you. The box office is staffed until NRL kick off. 

DISCOUNTS

Merchandise

Get 10% off at the Raiders Shop on Game Day by showing your Membership Card, if you have not received your card yet, show the email with your receipt of purchase.

The Raiders shop stalls are located in the West forecourt and South Inner Bowl.

Food & Beverage

Members are also entitled to 10% off Food at the GEMA catering outlets, simply show your membership card to receive your discount.

GIO STADIUM INFORMATION

Visit the GIO Stadium Website for updates on parking, food outlets, game day buses and conditions of entry.

If you notice any anti-social, discriminatory behaviour or other issues at the match, please text “Assist” to 0455 883 228 for assistance. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will likely result in exclusion from the venue.

We strongly encourage you to "Report it to Sort it" on game day, even if you are unsure if your grievance is worth reporting, as it's difficult for us to resolve some issues the day after game day.

MEMBERS LOUNGE

East Side

There is a Members only exclusive lounge that can be accessed by the Eastern forecourt, ensure you have your Membership card on you to gain entry.

West Side

There is no longer a Members only lounge in the West, this is now being used as a Corporate hospitality space, however Members can still access the Indoor Bar located in the North-End of the Meninga Lounge.

WHAT DOES YOUR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE GET YOU

Full Season Memberships

If you have a full season reserved seat membership or the full season general admission membership you have access to all NRL and NRLW home games at GIO Stadium.

4-Game and 6-Game Memberships

For both the 4 Game and 6 Game Memberships you have the option to attend either NRL or NRLW games depending on your preference. You do not need to pre book games, simply scan your membership card at the game when you arrive. Your card will only work for the amount of games you purchased. 

Flexi 3 Membership

Flexi 3 Memberships require you to redeem your tickets via the Ticketek website.

Away Flexi Membership

The Away Flexi Membership is for away games only and does not gain you access into home game. If you wish to redeem your away flexi tickets please email membership@raiders.com.au with a request on what away game you will be attending and how many tickets you would like to redeem. Sofa Supporter

Sofa Supporter Memberships don't include access into any games but does include all the Raiders benefits and Membership pack. You can purchase general game day tickets HERE and still have access to the game day member benefits.
