2021 Membership Compensation
We cannot thank you enough for your support as a Raiders member during the 2021 Season.
All members have been credited for any loss of game attendance incurred throughout this season.
No need to register for your credit or contact us to redeem, your credit will be automatically applied to your membership account which you can use toward your renewal for 2022 Membership.
We understand that the last 18 months have affected everyone in many forms, so we are doing what we can to give back to our members where possible. As 7 games went ahead at full capacity at GIO Stadium, members with home game access will be compensated a maximum of 4 games depending on their package.
If the 2022 membership credit is not appropriate for your personal circumstance, you can register for one of the below alternate options:

As mentioned above, if you are happy for the 2022 membership credit to be applied to your account, you don’t need to do anything. Further information about how to redeem your credit will come with your 2022 membership renewal information.
All pledge or partial refund requests are due by Wednesday 15 September 2021. Late requests and change of mind will not be accepted.
• How much am I getting compensated?

• Which members are eligible for compensation?
Club 82, Platinum, Premium, Gold Grandstand, Gold Inner Bowl, Silver Inner Bowl, Bronze GA, Away Flexi, Bronze-6, Bronze-4 and Flexi 3.
• What if I am a part season member who hasn't redeemed all my matches?
Members with home game access will be compensated a maximum of 4 games depending on their package.
For example; a 4-Game adult member who attended 3 GIO Stadium home matches will be compensated for 1 match. Away flexi members will also be compensated based on redemption.
• What if the NRL games come back to Canberra?
The NRL announced on Sunday 15 August 2021 that the remainder of the 2021 Premiership will be played in Queensland. Games will not be returning to Canberra in 2021.
• How do I use my credit when 2022 Memberships go on sale?
Your membership credit will be reflected on your account at time of renewal. When renewing your membership you will be able to use the credit to go towards the cost of the membership package you select.
• I have some further questions about the compensation, how do I get in touch with the membership team?
Due to the current lockdown in the ACT, Raiders office staff are working from home and phone lines are not able to be monitored. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any enquiries and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• How do I make a donation to the Raiders Foundation?

• I was unable to attend more than 4 games at GIO Stadium in Season 2021, will I get compensation for all games I was unable to attend?
No compensation will be provided for any games that went ahead at GIO Stadium at 100% capacity.
• If I have registered for a refund, how long will it take to get back to me?
Refunds can take up to 8 weeks to be processed and can only be transacted back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made. The membership team will be in touch with any members who have an expired card on file.
Members who are behind on their monthly installment plan may not be eligible for compensation.
• What if I was unable to attend more than 4 home games in Season 2021? Will I be compensated for these games?
No. Members will only be compensated for the last 4 home games as these were relocated to Queensland. Full season and 6-game members can only be compensated for a maximum of 4 games.
