2021 Membership Information

Over the coming weeks 2020 members will notice renewal letters begin to arrive in the mail for the 2021 season. With 2020 bringing challenges never seen before, the Raiders would again like to thank their loyal members for the incredible support they received this season.

Memberships for the 2021 season will officially go on sale on Thursday 15 October, with any member who is on the Rolling Renewal Program to be renewed on Wednesday 13 October. If you were not a member in Season 2020, but would like to join the Raiders Family for Season 2021, you can register you interest here.

Many access members will have some amount of credit in their account, and the information regarding their credit can be found in their renewal letter, or if they sign into their Membership Account.

Amongst the adversity faced in Season 2020, members were always at the forefront of the Raiders thinking regarding access to matches once crowds returned, with most matches being available exclusively to members, and general public missing out. We strongly recommend for anyone who is interested in attending a match in season 2021 to purchase a membership to ensure they have the best opportunity to attend a match live.

We are also excited to announce that membership prices will remain the same in season 2021, across all categories. Membership is not just a ticket to the game, it includes other benefits such as priority ticket purchases to finals, discounts to Raiders Shop and exclusive access to Member Events and Areas, therefore memberships are the are the most affordable way to support the Raiders.

All members who held a reserved seat in Season 2020 will have the opportunity to renew that same seat until Friday November 20, before the seat change window occurs between Tuesday 24 November and Thursday 26 November. During this time, members who have renewed for 2021 can log into their membership account and move their seats if they wish.

In response to COVID-19, the Raiders have made membership renewals and purchases contactless for 2021, meaning that memberships will no longer be able to be renewed in person. If payments must be made in person, please keep an eye out on the Raiders website regarding details of the membership team visiting the Raiders Licensed clubs across the ACT and Queanbeyan over the coming months.
