2022 Season Launch

Please see below some FAQ's regarding the Canberra Raiders 2022 Season Launch; 

How do I redeem my free ticket/s?

Step 1: CLICK HERE to visit the event page

Step 2: Select “Tickets”.

Step 3: Select “Enter promo code”.

Step 4: Type in your member number (also referred to as your account ID) an select “apply”.

Step 5: Select the number of tickets you would like to redeem (up to the number of memberships you have in your account).

Step 6: Select “Checkout” and follow the ticket detail prompts.

I don’t know my member number/account ID.

Once your membership is renewed each season, you should receive an email with your member number listed. Alternatively, your member number is on the back of your membership card each season, and does not change unless you create a new account rather than renewing a previous one.

It says my code is invalid.

You must be a 2022 Canberra Raiders member to redeem your free ticket! Non-members are able to purchase tickets for $20 (+ Eventbrite fee) per person.

Please allow up to five (5) business days since renewing your 2022 membership for your code to become active.

Please note, the Raiders office will be shut from 5pm on Thursday 23 December 2021 until 9am on Monday 24 January 2022. Therefore, any memberships purchased after 5pm on Friday 17 December 2021 may not be active until Monday 24 January 2022.
