Fourteen Canberra Raiders Members were treated to a rare red carpet appearance at the 2015 Dally M Awards night as well as being on hand to witness two of the club’s stars receive awards at the awards ceremony at The Star Event Centre.

The 14 Premium Members were all given double passes on behalf of the club as a show of gratitude for their passionate support of the Green Machine.

“I just wanted to thank the club for affording me the opportunity of attending the Dally M Awards night,” Member Chris Cameron said.

“I was fortunate enough to get a photo with 5/8 of the year Blake Austin as well as having a great night in general.”

“Thanks for the Dally M tickets Raiders membership team,” added Member Jarrad Rees. “It was a really fun night and great to see in person how the Dally M Awards night is done.

“I also managed to get a pic with Jarrod Croker. I was going to renew my Membership anyway like I do every year but this is just the icing on the top. Thanks again and go the Raiders!”

In what was a wonderful night for the club with Blake Austin being crowned the Dally M five-eighth of the year and Jarrod Croker taking home the top points scorers award, the night was most certainly enhanced from a club perspective with the presence of the 14 Raiders Members and their partners.

“It was awesome to see Blake receive the Dally M five-eighth of the year award and it was a great honour for myself personally to win the top points scorers award,” Captain Jarrod Croker said.

“What made it even better was being able to see several familiar faces of our members on the red carpet and at the ceremony.

“We all appreciate how supportive our members are and it was great to see them enjoy the night and we hope to see them all back next year!”
