Canberra Raiders and New Zealand winger Jordan Rapana fractured his cheekbone in the Four Nations final against Australia.

The injury will not require surgery, and Rapana will continue to be assessed and remain in contact with the Raiders and NZ medical staff as to when he can fly home to Australia.

Rapana is expected to be right to start pre-season training in early Janaury along with the rest of the Raiders international representatives.
