Upcoming Wheelchair Rugby League Come & Try Days

Canberra Region Rugby League is running two upcoming wheelchair rugby league come and try days, in preparation for our first competitions.

The Come and Try Days are a great opportunity for anyone interested in giving wheelchair rugby league a go, and for those wanting to participate in our competitions.

It is also an opportunity for those already involved to practice skills and engage with other players again.

We are planning to run competitions in the Autumn season and Spring season, with a format of six rounds played on Sundays afternoons on a fortnightly basis. We are looking to create as many teams as possible, as this sport is for all ages, genders and abilities.

The vision of Canberra Region Wheelchair Rugby League (CRWRL) is to be recognised as an inclusive sport for all communities and to provide a pathway for participants to represent their state.

This game can be played by everyone; younger or older, male or female, a regular wheelchair user or able bodied.
