Play Rugby League Rewards

What is PlayNRL Rewards?

Players under 16, Coaches, Referees, Trainers and Volunteers involved in grassroots Rugby League get access to one free ticket per round to experience the NRL Telstra Premiership regular competition season (conditions apply).

Tickets will be available approximately 2 rounds in advance. Available matches will show on playrugbyleague.com/rewards, select the game you wish to attend, and follow the instructions to get your tickets delivered directly to your mobile or email.

There are a limited amount of PlayNRL rewards tickets that can be redeemed per game so it is recommended to redeem your tickets as soon as possible to secure your seat. Once the PlayNRL allocation has been used for a particular game you will have to purchase regular tickets to attend.

PlayNRL is run through the NRL and is not a regular raiders membership. You will recieve a raiders digital card, however this is not used for entry to the game and does not guarantee entry. You can use your digital card to redeem discounts on merchandise, food and beverage at GIO Stadium. Please remember to redeem your tickets prior to the game and use your redeemed tickets to enter the stadium.

How to Redeem

Save https://www.playrugbyleague.com/rewards as a favourite in your internet browser.

You will use your unique rewards code to redeem your tickets not your NRL ID

You will no longer receive your rewards code by email.
Your unique code can be located any time here

You can redeem your code one time per round.

Tickets will be available approximately 2 rounds in advance. NRL and NRL Clubs reserve the right to restrict or cap entry to games, so be sure to plan which games you wish to attend and visit the website early to avoid disappointment.

Ticketek: You’ll be able to buy extra tickets for friends and family on Ticketek at the same time as redeeming your free ticket so you can all sit together. If you are purchasing additional tickets you will need to pay for the delivery of those tickets.

Every participant has a unique code, so if you’ve registered more than one person in your family, you will be able to locate the unique codes by selecting the different name from the drop down list in the Rewards tab here.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between this and my Raiders digital pass?

Canberra Region Rugby League players will recieve a Raiders digital pass as well as their code, this pass does not get you entry to the games and is only valid alongside a redeemed PlayNRL ticket. You will use your redeemed ticket to enter the venue, then you can use the Raiders digital pass on game day to get access to discounts on merchandise and food at GIO Stadium.

I redeemed my ticket however I have not received my ticket via email/mobile, what can I do?

If you have not received your ticket please try to redeem your ticket again as you may not have completed the redemption process. If the code has been used, check the email/mobile details on your Ticketek/Ticketmaster account to be sure they are correct.

If you are still having trouble we would advise you to contact the NRL via the form here or the ticket provider (Ticketek/Ticketmaster) to receive additional assistance.

What should I do if my ticket is lost or stolen?

You need to contact the ticketing agency (either Ticketek or Ticketmaster) that issued the ticket. Unfortunately, the NRL is not able to support you with issues relating to your ticket once you have redeemed it.

Why are there no tickets available for my chosen game?

It is at the Club’s discretion whether tickets are available for Play Rugby League Rewards and, if so, how many are made available. Most regular season games will have Play Rugby League Rewards tickets available, however unfortunately for this particular game the Club may have decided not to offer tickets or the limited allocation made available has been used up.

If you are having issues, check out the FAQ's on the NRL website here.

You can also contact the NRL using the form here.
