2026 Flexi 3 Redemption Instructions /

All 2026 Flexi 3 Members can now redeem their tickets for all 2026 NRL & NRLW regular season Raiders Home Games at GIO Stadium.

If you wish to redeem your ticket(s) for any of the home games please follow the below instructions:

1. Go to https://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/show.aspx?sh=RAIDERS26 and select the game you would like to attend.

2. Enter your Member Account ID number in the password box to unlock the ticket redemption. You can enter multiple ID numbers to unlock multiple tickets if you have friends who are members that you may wish to attend with. If you have recently purchased please allow 2-3 business days for your member ID to be activated before trying to redeem.

Your Member ID number is located in the center of your physical membership card or at the top of your digital membership pass in the top right hand corner:

3. Once you enter your Account ID number in the password box on Ticketek, please click the 'Unlock Tickets' Button and follow the prompts to redeem your ticket(s).

4. Once you have unlocked tickets, you will be able to select the amount of Flexi 3 tickets from general admission you wish to redeem on that game, with the option to buy any additional. With this membership you can redeem all your tickets for one game or redeem across a number of games of your choice.

5. You will have the $0 ticket redemption for your Flexi 3 under ‘Member Admit.’

6. Select next and you will be taken to your order summary, which will show the tickets you have selected.

7. if you are not purchasing any additional tickets the total price will show $0

8. Click ‘go to checkout’.

9. Sign into your Ticketek account. (Please note that this is a different account and log in to your Raiders Ticketmaster membership portal log in)

10. You will then be redirected to a payment screen, where you can confirm your billing address, and mobile number. Again, if you are only redeeming your Flexi 3 tickets, the total amount should be $0, and you will not be paying anything, if you have added paid extras there will be a total amount and a payment method will have to be entered in before checking out. If you have any troubles with your Ticketek account, you can contact them through their website.

11. Hit ‘Submit’ and you would receive a confirmation email, if you selected the Print at Home option for the tickets will be attached via email. If you selected the mobile ticket/s will be sent via SMS to the mobile number, you had on your Ticketek account.

The number of tickets you redeemed determines what will be available to redeem in the next game.

We recommend redeeming your tickets early once you know which games you  will be attending as once a game has sold out we cannot guarantee tickets.
