Renewing Members

Go to the Renew Page and find your invoice to renew your membership. All individual members and primary account holders, if part of a family or group membership, will be sent a renewal letter during the renewal period and will be emailed, with instructions on how to renew for 2024.

For members wishing to renew their same seats for season 2024 from season 2023, the same seat cut-off will be on Friday 20 October 2023.

2023 Members on the Rolling Renewal Program (both upfront and monthly) will have payments deducted commencing from the 7th September 2023.

How do I secure my same seats for 2024?

For members wishing to renew their same seats from round 1 2024, the same seat cut-off is 20 October 2023. To keep your seat, some form of payment either upfront or initial instalment if paying via monthly instalments must be received by this date.

After this date, any seats previously belonging to 2023 members who have not renewed will automatically be made available to the public for allocation to upgrading and/or new members.

What if I’m looking to change seats for 2024?

Renewing members looking to change seats are still encouraged to renew before the same seat cut-off closes on 20 October 2023. This will ensure their seats from 2023 are secured, in the event preferred alternate seating is unavailable.

The seat change window will be open from 24th October and will close on the 26th of October 2023. All members looking to change seats will have an opportunity to do so during this period.

Members will be reminded via email and provided instructions on how to select alternate seating themselves online. If a member changes their seating during the seat change window, their 2023 seats will no longer be available to them. If a member does not select alternate seats during the seat change window, they will retain their 2023 seats for the 2024 season.

Additional assistance will be available from the Membership Team should you experience any difficulties during this period.

General Member Info

When will I receive my members pack?

Membership packs will begin to arrive to members in late November/Early December. If memberships are purchased after this point packs should arrive approximately 2-3 weeks after the time of purchase.

Is my membership transferable?

If you are unable to attend a Raiders home game at GIO Stadium, you can lend your membership to a friend or relative to use. Please see our print-at-home ticket information for assistance.

Please note, entry to the stadium is subject to the classification of the membership (e.g. an adult cannot enter on a junior membership).

To arrange a ticket upgrade for junior and concession memberships, present your junior or concession membership to the Box Office on game day. A small upgrade fee will apply.

Can I sit with friends who are also signed up for membership?

If you have a general admission membership, you can sit in any seat in the general admission area upon arrival to the game, making it easy to sit with friends and family on game day.

If you wish to sit in reserved seats with members who are part of a separate order it is recommended, you contact the Membership Team to discuss and confirm your seat request.

What is a family membership?

When you see ‘Family 1A + 1J’ or ‘Family 2A + 2J’ this represents a family membership. Family memberships can only be purchased in multiples of one adult and one junior.

Digital Membership Cards

What is a digital Membership Card?

Digital Membership cards will be sent to every member in early 2024. These will be sent via text message and can be saved onto your Apple or Android device.

The cards will be sent to the mobile phone number attached the membership account. For a family membership, the membership cards will be sent to the primary account holder.

Digital membership cards will ensure a more convenient experience for members in the future.

Are Physical Membership cards still available?

Physical Membership cards and lanyards are available as an add on in 2024, for $10.

Members on the Rolling Renewal Program can contact the membership team to add the card and lanyard onto their package.

How do I replace my members card if it’s lost or stolen?

If you've lost your physical members card or it’s been stolen, please contact the Membership Team to arrange a replacement card. The barcode of the original card will be cancelled and a fee of $15 will apply for the replacement of each lost card. The new membership card will be posted to you, which can take up to 21 business days.

Don’t forget you can use your digital membership card if you don’t have your physical membership card. We still recommend reporting the lost/stolen card to the membership team so we can keep track in case someone else tries to use your card without your permission.

Can I still access the venue if I leave my membership card at home?

Yes, absolutely. In 2024 all members will receive a digital version of their membership card. This can be downloaded onto your digital wallet on your apple or android device and scanned at the turnstiles on Game Day.

You can also queue at the Western or Eastern Membership & Corporate enquiry windows adjacent to the Box Office at the stadium (on game day) with photo identification, and request that a replacement ticket is issued for your seat(s).

This process only applies at Raiders home games at GIO Stadium, prior to kick off for the NRL Premiership game. Please note a printing fee may apply.
