Membership Card FAQ's

In 2026 all members will recieve both a physical and digital member card. Members also have the option to split their membership into single game tickets if they wish (recommended for sharing a membership with friends). Please note: only one membership card form may be used per game as they share the same barcode, with single game print at home tickets - once redeemed this must be used to enter and member cards will no longer work for the selected game.

Digital Member Cards

The electronic card will be sent to your mobile phone number you have supplied with your membership and can be saved onto your phone for use throughout the 2026 season. The text message will be sent from RAIDERS at the beginning of 2026.

Please do not delete this text, If deleted you will be charged $2 to resend the link. Once the txt has been received you can download the digital membership card to your apple or google wallet. The cards will look like the below:

Physical Member Cards

The Physical card will be sent inside your member pack.  It is $15 to reissue a physical card if lost or stolen.

Print at Home Single Game Tickets

There is also the print-at-home option to all members which can be accessed through their Raiders Membership account online. Once a membership has been processed as a print at home ticket, your member card (in either form) will not work for the selected game and you must use this ticket to enter.

Please see below some FAQ’s regarding Match Access at GIO Stadium.

If I can’t attend a match, am I able to pass my membership onto someone else?

Absolutely. Memberships are fully transferable if the membership is used by the correct price type, for example, an Adult must use an adult pass, a junior a junior pass etc.

If you are looking for someone to attend a single match using your membership, the best way to share your seats is to Print your Ticket at Home. This way you don’t have to give someone access to your membership card for the whole season and can easily pass on your membership for the one match.

I received multiple Membership cards on my Mobile Device, how do I pass them onto the people that need them?

There are multiple ways this can be done, the easiest of which is to Forward the text message with membership card link, so that the person receiving it can save it onto their device.

How do I save the membership card on my phone?

You can save the card on your phone by clicking the link in the text message and then either taking a screenshot of the card and QR code or save it to your phone’s wallet. There will be prompts on your device to save it to your wallet on your device. [GU4] We also recommend saving a screen shot of the digital card onto your phone in case of any internet issues on the day.

I’ve lost my card; do I need to order a new one?

No. If you have lost your physical membership card you can either use the electronic version of your membership card, or alternatively Print your Tickets at home.

If you believe your physical membership has been stolen, then please contact us at membership@raiders.com.au

How do I use my electronic or physical membership card?

If your membership card has a barcode, then all you must do is walk up to the turnstiles and scan the barcode. If you are using the electronic version, please ensure the brightness is turned up on your mobile device. Your card will include your seat details (Bay, Row, Seat) if you have a reserved seat membership, or will say general admission for general admission memberships.

How do I check how many games I have left on my 4 or 6 game membership?

You can check your attendance history by logging into your membership account here.

If you are having trouble click here for step-by-step instructions on how to do so.
