Print at home ticket guide
Raiders members who have not yet received or have misplaced their membership cards are reminded that they are able to access their game-by-game tickets through their Raiders Membership account.
Tickets must be printed/downloaded by 5pm the day prior to the Game in order to work. If you miss this deadline then please visit one of the membership team at the Corporate Ticketing/Membership Window at either the East or West Box Office to have your tickets printed.
You will only need to print your tickets if they have not yet arrived, are lost or you are lending them to someone else. Your membership card should be used as the main point of access into the game
Please note that there can be long delays at these windows, so we do recommend arriving early.
Once you have downloaded these game by game tickets your membership barcode on your digital/physical membership card is then cancelled for that specific game as you will not be able to use both for entry.
Print at Home PDF Tickets Instructions
1. Log into your membership account here.
It is recommended to use Google Chrome on a desktop computer when accessing your 'My Account'
2. Sign into your membership account
3. Go to 'My Events'
4. Select which game you would like to print your tickets for
5. Once on the event page, select 'Print'
6. Select the seats you are wanting to download/print and click 'Continue'
7. Once you Select Continue you can print the tickets that you wanted to use. Please note that if you have lost your membership card, or have recently had it stolen, and want to cancel the barcode in order to ensure that nobody else can gain entry into the ground, then please tick the box before printing. Otherwise continue straight through to the “Print” button.
8. Once you select print the ticket will be downloaded on your computer as a .pdf file. Click on the downloaded version of your ticket and print it off to gain entry into the ground.
Mobile Wallet Game-by-Game Tickets
You can only download your mobile tickets using a mobile device. If you have an iPhone you will need to ensure you can locate the wallet app, if you have an android, ensure you have the google wallet app located.
Mobile Tickets can be downloaded and added up until kick off on the day if your Membership was purchased prior to 5pm the day before.
You will only need to download your game specific tickets if your membership card has not yet arrived or lost, or you are lending them to someone else. Your membership card should be used as the main point of access into the game.
1. Log into your membership account here
2. Click the 3 lines in the top left hand corner and select 'My Events'
3. Select which event you would like to download your tickets for
4. Select the seat you would like to download
5. Once you click on your seat, all options will come up if you have multiple seats, click ‘Add to Wallet’, this will then give you the option to add just the one or all tickets.
6. A new page will open, and you will click ‘Add’ in the top right hand corner, these will then get added to your mobile wallet. Best to open your wallet to confirm they are there.
