Rolling Renewals /

Rolling renewals take the hassle out of renewing your membership. All members who pay via credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) online, either upfront or via monthly instalments, will be automatically opted in for rolling renewals.

Key dates:

• Thursday 16th October 2025 first part payment installment and Upfront/in full rolling renewal payment for 2026 memberships.
• Monday 20th October 2025 memberships on sale for General Public.

Prior to the rollover, members will receive written notice via email that details the pricing for the following season. Members can choose to opt-out during this 14-day opt-out period before payment is taken or at any time during the season by contacting the Membership Team.

There are multiple different payment plans for Membership part payments for season 2026. These will be in monthly payments, with the fixed payment dates being:

 For Monthly payment plans commencing on October 16 2025 (8 Month Plan): 
Payment 1 – 16 October 2025 or at time of purchase 
Payment 2 – 6 November 2025 
Payment 3 – 4 December 2025 
Payment 4 – 1 January 2026 
Payment 5 – 5 February 2026 
Payment 6 – 5 March 2026 
Payment 7 – 2 April 2026 
Payment 8 – 7 May 2026 

For Monthly payment plans commencing November 11 2025 (8 Month Plan): 
Payment 1 – 11 November 2025 or at time of purchase 
Payment 2 – 4 December 2025 
Payment 3 – 1 January 2026 
Payment 4 – 5 February 2026 
Payment 5 – 5 March 2026 
Payment 6 – 2 April 2026 
Payment 7 – 7 May 2026 
Payment 8 – 4 June 2026 

For Monthly payment plans commencing February 5 2026 (5 Month Plan): 
Payment 1 – 5 February 2026 or at time of purchase 
Payment 2 – 5 March 2026
