Same Seat Cut Off
For 2025 members wishing to renew their same seats for next season, the same seat deadline closes on Friday 31 October 2025. To keep your same seat, some form of payment either in-full/upfront or the initial payment if paying via monthly instalments must be received by this date.
After this date, any seats previously belonging to 2025 members who have not renewed will automatically be made available for selection by upgrading and/or new members.
Seat Change Window
Members have until Thursday 31 October to renew their current seats for next season. Those who renew by this date will gain priority access to the Seat Change Window, running from Tuesday 4 – Thursday 6 November. Ahead of this period, members will receive an email with full details and step-by-step instructions on how to upgrade, change, or add additional seats. Changes can be made online, or by contacting our team via email or phone for assistance.
After the Seat Change Window closes, any remaining priority seats that haven’t been renewed or selected will be released for general public sale at a later date. Renew today to secure your place and unlock early access to the best available seats for next season.
Seat Change Window Instructions
1. Log into your Canberra Raiders Membership site via ticketmaster here.
2. If you have renewed for 2026 you will prompted with a seat change window pop up that looks like this
3. Follow the prompts and select the seats you wish to change or upgrade from.
4. Click next
5. You will then be able to explore the map and choose the seats you wish to move to.
6. Ensure you are selecting the like for like price type. ie. Adult for Adult or Junior for Junior.
7. Add to cart and proceed, if you are upgrading you will be required to pay the difference.
Please note you will not be able to downgrade categories through the online portal as refunds for downgrades are not applicable.
