This year, the National Multicultural Festival will mark its 18th birthday – a significant milestone for Canberra’s biggest celebration of our city’s cultural diversity and the Canberra Raiders will be joining in on the celebrations with a stall on Sunday.

The stall will be set up from 11am – 5pm and run by the Raiders Development Officers and several of the club’s cadets, who also play in the National Youth Competition.

Activities at the stall include the Raiders’ Viking Ship jumping castle and pass the ball competition whilst patrons will also have the opportunity to enjoy fantastic giveaways such as Raiders Fandannas, posters, tattoos and membership information.

“The National Multicultural Festival is an event that all Canberrans look forward to each year and the Raiders are proud to be a part of it this year,” Development Officer Ash Barnes said.

“There will be plenty of food, dance, performances and cultural activities on offer as well as plenty of fun to be had at the Raiders stall.

“We look forward to seeing you all on Sunday from 11am – 5pm.”
