Both the Raiders Harold Matthews Cup and SG Ball Cup sides will be looking for wins this weekend, when they take on the Parrmatta Eels at Raiders Belconnen on Saturday from 1.00pm.

Harold Matthews (Under 16s)

Canberra Raiders v Parramatta Eels on Saturday March 15 at 1:00pm at Raiders Belconnen

The second placed Canberra Raiders will look to continue their unbeaten start to the year when they take on reigning premiers the Parramatta Eels on Saturday at Raiders Belconnen.

The Eels are currently sitting 10th on the ladder, but the Raiders will need to make sure they start well if they are to continue their unbeaten run.

Fullback Nic Cotric has scored back to back hat tricks in his last two matches for the Raiders and he will be looking to add to his try tally for the season.

The Raiders commence their second of five straight home games this weekend at Raiders Belconnen.

SG Ball (Under 18’s)

Canberra Raiders v Parramatta Eels on Saturday March 15 at 2:30pm at Raiders Belconnen

The Eighth placed Raiders will play the fifth placed Eels in this match on Saturday afternoon and will need to get the win to keep pace with the top eight and help them build towards a semi-final appearance.

The Eels boast the NSW Under 16’s pairing from last season of Troy Daragan and Michael Doolan and will need to be at their best defensively if they are to beat the Eels.

Like the Raiders Harold Matthews team, the Raiders need to take advantage over the next four weeks, with four home matches at Raiders Belconnen.
