Mounties v Illawarra Cutters on Saturday at 3:00pm at Aubrey Keech Reserve

Mounties welcomes the electrifying attacking talents of Reece Robinson to their line-up for the Round 15 clash with the Illawarra Cutters on Saturday at home.

Robinson has been selected at fullback and will no doubt have a positive effect on the Mounties backline.

Despite both sides being place in the top six, Mounties in fifth spot and Illawarra in sixth, the counterparts have not been in the best form of late and will be desperate for a win.

Heightening this desperation is the fact that both sides can potentially force their way back into the top four with a win on Saturday.

Mounties fell out of the top four in Round 14 after last week's loss to the Wyong Roos, their third consecutive loss in a row, whilst Illawarra has won just one of their last five matches.

One factor for both teams loss of form is the fact that they have both lost their halfbacks in Mitch Cornish to the Raiders NRL line-up and Sam Williams to France.

Alas, Mounties will be buoyed by the retention of promising five-eighth Jack Ahearn. The former Junior Kangaroo had his first game for Mounties on Saturday after being one of Souths Logan's best for the majority of the year.

Regardless of the loss of halfbacks for the sides, this should make for a tightly fought affair given that Mounties is the third best attacking team in the competition and Illawarra is ranked as the third best defensive side.

The full team line-up is:

1. Reece Robinson
2. Francis Vaiotu
3. Wayne Dargan
4. Dave Cahalane
5. Bill Tupou
6. Jack Ahearn
7. Ryan Carr
8. Mitch Cahalane
9. Matt McIlwrick
10. Mark Nicholls
11. Kurt Horton
12. Tevita Pangai Junior
13. Clay Priest

14. Lagi Setu
15. Rodney Coates
17. Reece Goldsmith
18. Uiti Baker
19. Matt Place
