Canberra Raiders players Shaun Fensom, David Shillington and Kurt Baptiste will miss the remainder of the 2014 season, after suffering season ending injuries against the New Zealand Warriors yesterday afternoon.
Fensom sustained a ruptured ACL in his right knee and will undergo surgery to repair it this week, with a recovery time of between 6-9 months.
Shillington has torn his right pectoral muscle and will meet with a surgeon this week to determine if he requires surgery, but even without surgery he won’t be available for the Raiders again this season.
Kurt Baptiste has injured his left shoulder and will meet with a surgeon this week to see if he requires surgery, however he will not be available again this season even if he doesn’t require surgery.
Terry Campese has sustained a minor strain to his external oblique and will miss in 1-2 weeks.
