Jake Foster and Sami Sauiluma have been recognised for their oustanding seasons for Mounties in the VB NSW Cup by being named in NSWRL.com.au's Team of the Year for 2014.
Both players were selected in the starting side with Foster chosen in the second row and Sauiluma lining up in the centres. Foster also had the added honour of being named as Captain of the side.
The pair were instrumental in guiding Mounties to the semi-finals this year and received several distinguished individual accolades along the way.
Foster donned the sky blue of NSW after being selected in the VB NSW Cup representative team which took on the Queensland Residents representative team before Game 3 of the State of Origin series at Suncorp Stadium, whilst Sauiluma was crowned as the competition's leading try scorer after posting 20 tries in just 15 appearances.
