Emerging Raiders stars Patrick Mago and Tevita Pangai Junior have been named as the starting second rowers for the Junior Kangaroos (U/20's) following their outstanding efforts throughout the 2014 season.

The pair both starred for the Raiders in their brief time in the Holden Cup this year however they have spent most of the season in the VB NSW Cup with Mounties (Pangai Junior) and in the Intrust Super Cup with Souths Logan (Mago) to further their development.

Mago was also a prominent member of the Queensland Under 20's Origin side which played earlier this year whilst Pangai Junior has previously represented the NSW Blues at the Under 18's level.

It is the second successive year that Mago has been selected for the Junior Kangaroos with the promising back-rower gaining Man of the Match honours in last year's game against the Kiwis.

The Junior Kangaroos (U20) team will play the Junior Kiwis on Saturday 18 October 2014 at Mt Smart Stadium, Auckland, NZ.
