As part of our exclusive look behind the scenes of pre-season training, this week Raiders TV caught up with Strength and Power Coach Jeremy Robinson to see what’s been happening in the Raiders HQ gym.

Robinson gives members and fans an insight into the Strength and Power portion of the pre-season so far and which players are performing well in the gym during the first block of the pre-season.
