Game day guide: Raiders v Cowboys
Monday night football is back in Canberra as the Raiders go head-to-head with the reigning premiers in a blockbuster match-up.
GIO Stadium will again be lit up by a fantastic Raiders themed light show on the east and west of the stadium. The theme for the night is pyjamas/onesies, so stay warm and come dressed in your favourite pyjamas or onesies.
The Police Community Youth Club (PCYC) is the official matchday charity.

NOTE: The Raiders NYC team play 4.30pm Saturday, July 9, against the Cowboys at Goulburn Workers Arena.

You won’t be able to miss the awesome Raiders themed light show when you enter the stadium on the east or west. Make sure you take plenty of pictures and use the hashtag #NRLRaidersCowboys on social media so we can see them as well!
The west forecourt will have heaps going on, with the Canberra Milk truck set up, DJ Rawson spinning tunes and a wrestling demo from PCYC (weather dependant). In the east forecourt will be the ActewAGL pass the ball and the DHA team cut out photo.
The Coca Cola Zero in to Win and Lighthouse Dance Cam will also be happening at half-time. Keep an eye on the big screen for your chance to win some great prizes. The Huawei high-ball challenge will keep the crowd entertained during the break as three Raiders members go for glory with high potential for thrills and spills!
To cap off the half-time entertainment, four teams from public service departments across Canberra will participate in a challenging obstacle course. The winning team will each walk away with a Canberra Milk signed heritage jersey.
The members lounge in the west grandstand is the perfect place to escape the winter chill and watch all the action on the field. The lounge is open from 6.00pm and accessible by all Raiders members and grandstand ticket holders. There will be plenty happening in the lounge throughout the night including:
- FREE Canberra Milk gift bag to the first 100 members to visit.
- Every member who enters gets a ticket for the lucky door prizes. The prizes this week are the winning poster from round 16 signed by Jarrod Croker and a Canberra Raiders heritage jersey.
- Member rates upon presentation of card for drinks: 6.00pm – 6.30pm. Snack foods available to purchase (10% discount for members)
- FREE Games including pool & table tennis
- Live music from gates open until kick off.
The Raiders team will be wearing a special indigenous jersey on Monday as a celebration of NAIDOC week. The jersey was designed by Elle Binge, a proud Indigenous Australian and an avid Raiders fan.
Raiders merchandise will be on sale in the West and East forecourts, and also on the East concourse. Check out the wide range of winter items on offer, including beanies and jackets. Members receive 20% off all full-priced merchandise (sale items excluded)!
Food and drink at GIO Stadium
Tonguey's Tuck Shop will be up and running at GIO Stadium on Monday! Located in the West forecourt directly upon entry, Tonguey's Tuck Shop will be serving a wide variety of delicious street food at cheap prices.
Memberships are now off sale for 2016.
All individuals who have membership enquires can visit our Membership window on the West and East of the stadium.
All members who have misplaced/lost their membership card can visit the Membership/Ticket Collection window located at the West Gate. Proof of identification will be needed to print off replacement tickets for the day.
