The Canberra Raiders U20's can secure a finals spot with a win over the Manly Sea Eagles tomorrow at Brookvale Oval.
Manly have struggled this year, claiming just three wins to remain rooted to the bottom of the NYC ladder. They did, however, draw with the Melbourne Storm last weekend. The Storm had defeated the Raiders the previous week, showing that Manly should not be underestimated on Saturday.
The two sides met back in Round 13 and the Raiders were able to run away comprehensive 38-14 winners that day.
White has opted to field the exact same team that defeated Parramatta last weekend. The win was one of the young Raiders strongest of the year, surviving an early second-half blitz from the Eels before rebounding to come away with the win against a side challenging for a top-four spot.
The return of Zac Woolford and Nick Cotric obviously buoyed the team last weekend, and they will again be key to the Raiders chances tomorrow.
Manly centre Tevita Funa will be the key man the Raiders need to shut down tomorrow. Funa was inspirational for the Sea Eagles last weekend against the Storm, running for 204 metres and busting eight tackles. Half Nicho Hynes also leads the competition for 40-20 kicks so far this year, something the Raiders will need to be wary of.
Kick-off is at 12.40pm and the match is live on Fox Sports Channel 501. Live updates will also be posted on the Raiders Twitter.
