Capitol Chilled Foods Australia (CCFA) today announced that Dare Iced Coffee will be the new sleeve sponsor of the mighty Canberra Raiders.
CCFA, which is the only manufacturer of milk in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), will have the sponsorship position for the 2017 and 2018 NRL seasons.
David Tyack, General Manager, CCFA said: “As a company with significant stakes in Canberra we are proud to be associated with the iconic Canberra Raiders. We look forward to seeing ongoing double digit sales growth for Dare, whilst supporting the Raiders to achieve significant wins both on and off the field.
“CCFA’s Canberra Milk brand has also been a proud sponsor of the Canberra Raiders since they were formed in 1982 and we will also be continuing that partnership.”
Dare’s sponsorship will include sleeve sponsorship on home and away jerseys, training gear, media backdrops, and stadium signage among other things. It also includes the use of Canberra Raiders in point of sale materials and marketing campaigns. Canberra Milk will also continue to feature on the goal post pads at the Raiders home games and other signage at GIO Stadium.
Canberra Raiders CEO Don Furner said it was fantastic to see a long-time supporter of the club back on the Raiders jersey and thanked Capitol Chilled Foods Australia, Canberra Milk and Dare for their support of the club.
“This is fantastic news for our Club, the fact that a foundation sponsor and leading local brand in Canberra Milk has extended and upgraded their partnership commitment,” Furner said. “As part of this we are proud to feature the Dare Iced Coffee logo on the sleeves of our playing jerseys moving forward which is a nice fit as we are pretty daring on the field. I welcome Dare Iced Coffee into the Raiders Family”
CCFA is a joint venture between Lion Dairy & Drinks and Bega Cheese and produces approximately 25 million litres of product every year including 39 milk and milk-based products.
