Raiders young star Nick Cotric is still pinching himself when he trains alongside his childhood heroes.
Despite his rapid rise and great form this season the local junior is staying grounded.
"I still need to do the little things right and keep improving my game each week but my teammates have been helping my out which is good," Cotric said.
"All the boys help me out and I'm really loving life in the NRL and at the Raiders."
