With week three of the 2018 pre-season underway the Raiders can provide an up to date pre-season training squad to give members and fans a look at who’s in the NRL squad for the 2018 pre-season.
The 2018 NRL season will be the first season of the new salary cap structure, which sees the NRL squad expand from a top 25 to a top 30, plus the introduction of a further six development players allowing them to further their career to train with the NRL Squad.
As per the new salary cap, clubs are allowed to have players contracted with the club outside of these 36 players.

Top 30 Squad – New Additions
The Raiders have announced the signings of Sam Williams (Wakefield Trinity), Charlie Gubb (New Zealand Warriors) and Brad Abbey (Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs) and have added 2017 NYC Star Jack Murchie to their fulltime squad.
As part of the new squad structure the Raiders are allowed to have six fulltime development players. The confirmed development players are:
Train and Trial Players
During the pre-season the Raiders are giving a number of players the opportunity to train and/or trial with the team to try and secure a place in the top 30 or the clubs six development players for 2018. These players are:
World Cup Players
With the Rugby League World Cup concluding on December 2, these players representing their nations will return for pre-season training in January.
