Meet new Mounties NSW Cup Coach Ryan Carr.
The Mounties Coach joins from the South Sydney Rabbitohs after coaching their Holden Cup side in 2017.
The former halfback/hooker was a junior representative with the Cronulla Sharks before playing U20's with the North Queensland Cowboys. Carr had spells with the Wests Tigers and South Sydney Rabbitohs at NRL level before eventually moving into coaching.
The young coach is enjoying life in the ACT after reuniting with Raiders Head Coach Ricky Stuart.
"Ricky was the first-grade coach at Cronulla when I was coming through the junior rep's system," Carr said.
"We knew each other back then and have kept in touch ever since and when I finished up at South Sydney last year he gave me a call and I came down to meet with him and Don (Furner) and I felt right at home straight away."
