The Canberra Raiders would normally spend their Saturday mornings recovering and resting after going through a full week of grueling pre-season training.
This was not the case on the weekend as the team were invited out to Delta Force Paintball in Tuggeranong for a few games of paintball.
The teams were seperated into a red team and blue team as they took part in a series of challenges with Sia Soliola's blue team coming out on top at the end of the day.
