Canberra Raiders proud sponsor Austbrokers Canberra is offering $1Million worth of cash to Raiders members and rugby league fans by attending Raiders home matches in 2018.

Following the announcement last month of the first $500,000 members giveaway through the Austbrokers Members Cash Jackpot, the second gameday component of the competition was announced yesterday by Austbrokers Canberra Managing Director Greg Johnston.

The second $500,000 prize on offer this season is open to everyone who attends one of the first 10 Raiders home matches, with $50,000 on offer for every individual match.

All fans have to do is show up for one of these matches!

Each week 100 branded Austbrokers Canberra T-Shirts will be dispersed at GIO Stadium pre-match, with six people randomly selected to participate in the halftime challenge. The winner of this challenge then has the opportunity to select one football from 30 on the field, with a $50,000 cash prize hiding amongst the balls.

Every winner walks away with a minimum $1500 cash prize, with 50% of the amount going to a nominated charity. Raiders members have an added advantage for this part of the promotion, as they receive the full amount of cash on offer by being a Raiders member!

Managing Director of Austbrokers Canberra Greg Johnston said he wants to see as much of the money given away as possible and urged Raiders members, fans and rugby league supporters in General to attend Raiders home matches in 2018.

“We want the money to go off.  We’ve invested in $1Million to giveaway and we’d love to give all of it away,” Mr Johnston said. “This promotion is all about getting more and more people to attend Raiders matches in 2018 and making sure the team gets the support they deserve.”
