Before heading off for New Zealand's tour of England, Jordan Rapana was the guest of the Merimbula Pambula Junior Rugby league football club, attending their annual presentation day.

After attending the day in September, the club received the below letter and photos from the Club.

Dear Raiders

Wow! What a presentation for the Merimbula Pambula Junior Rugby League Football Club! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

On the beautiful September Saturday we were lucky enough to have Jordan and Kelsey attend our presentation and as a key indicator of the day there were about 20 kids waiting at the car park entrance for them to drive in. Jordan was 'attacked' by this friendly, enthusiast and super excited lynch mob from the moment he got out of the car! Lol

The day was a huge success from there! Jordan was able to meet every single player in their team activities, he must of signed 4,000 autographs (we only have 150 players), along with talking about the same amount of photos. The older kids got involved also, even though at one stage I thought they might have been 'to cool' to have a chat. Lol. After meeting all the kids Jordan then participated in handing out every trophy award, over 250 of them and took another 4,000 photos!

What an amazing credit to the Canberra Raiders Jordan is for your club! Not only did he take time out of his personal life to attend but he made every player feel special with his nothing was a problem attitude. Seriously, he must have had writers cramp and sore cheekbones from all the photos, but the kids absolutely loved every minute of his attendance (even the none Raiders fans 😬)! Jordan then went out of his way on Sunday to catch up with one of our players, a massive Raiders fan who was unable to attend due to Rep football and made his day complete with more photos and autographs.

Without the help of Chris Anderson from the CRL for connecting us with the Raiders, Jason Mathie for pointing us in the right direction and delivering our request to you, yourself for putting it out there to the players and Jordan for accepting, none of this would have been possible and for that I am truly grateful and appreciative of everyone's involvement. Junior Rugby League is all about the kids and presentation day 2018 at the Junior Bulldogs was definitely a day they'll remember, making memories that'll last a life time!

Thank you again for everything including the gifts that Jordan bought along the kids loved them! Please see the attached pics of the fun that was had on the day. And we look forward to next years presentation, there may have been talks of coming back, you just can't keep away from this beautiful part of the world.
