2018 was an incredible year for Josh Papalii. The Samoan international was a standout performer for the green machine in 2018.

Papalii only missed two games for the year, those came against the Bulldogs in Round 5 at GIO Stadium and in Round 17 at Belmore Sports Ground.

The former Logan Brothers junior had a slow start to the season however he quickly rediscovered his form to earn selection in Queensland's State of Origin sides for 2018. Papalii backed up after Origin and put in some huge performances for the Club in such a short time between matches.

Papalii's best performances for the green machine came against the Sharks in Round 10 where he clocked up over 213 running metres as well as making 30 tackles.

Papalii also turned in a strong showing in the Raiders final match of the season against the Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium where he scored a try and made 46 tackles.
