The Canberra Raiders in conjunction with Destination New South Wales and the Wagga Wagga City Council, are giving fans and club members the chance to experience some amazing opportunities simply by purchasing a ticket for the match against the Panthers on May 4 in Wagga Wagga.
Fans and Club Members who purchases tickets for the match will be automatically entered in the draw to win one of five exclusive opportunities for the club’s historic regional fixture.
The experiences are:
1. Become the 18th Raiders for a day (provided to one adult). This gives the lucky winner exclusive access to a behind the scenes Raiders experience which includes a visit to the Raiders changeroom, the chance to meet the team after the match and a Raiders merchandise pack. The winner will be announced on Friday April 12.
2. Be the clubs Junior Mascot for the match (provided to one child 5-16yo). This experience allows the lucky junior to have the opportunity to run the team out onto McDonald’s Park for the match and they’ll also receive a Raiders merchandise pack. The winner of this will be announced on Friday April 12.
3. Toss the coin one hour before kick-Off. The lucky winner will have the chance to meet both Captains, and the match referee, one hour before kick-off and toss the coin to determine the start of the match. The winner of this experience will be announced on Friday April 19.
4. Be part of the ActewAGL Autograph Alley. Eight Raiders 2019 Junior members who have purchased tickets for the match will be selected to meet Raiders players before kick-off when they arrive at the venue. The winners can grab autographs and photos with the Raiders NRL players in this exclusive opportunity. The winners of this experience will be announced on Friday April 19.
5. Huawei Viking VIP Experience. One 2019 Raiders member (and three friends) will be selected to sit alongside the Huawei Viking Horn for the match and blow the horn when the Raiders score a try during the NRL match. This also comes with some food and beverage offerings and seats next to the Huawei Viking Horn. The winner of this experience will be announced on Wednesday April 24.
2019 Club members are kindly reminded that tickets for the Wagga Wagga match are not part of the club’s membership packages and must be purchased separately to gain entry for the fixture.
