The Queanbeyan Kangaroos and Goulburn Workers Bulldogs will take to the field in the Round 10 Match of the Round.

Queanbeyan Kangaroos v Goulburn Workers Bulldogs
3pm, Saturday June 22 – Seears Workwear Oval

The Queanbeyan Kangaroos host the Goulburn Workers Bulldogs in the Round 10 Match of the Round as they attempt to close the gap on the top four sides.

The Kangaroos are sitting in sixth place on the ladder with three wins from their first eight matches and will be desperate to prove themselves against a side that beat them by 20 points in Round 1.

However, the Kangaroos will be without Reece Robinson as he represents Lebanon in their clash against Fiji.

Goulburn on the other hand are sitting in second place and enter this match off the back of two byes.

The Bulldogs boast the best attack and defence in the competition and will be aiming to continue the form they showed in dispatching Gungahlin before the bye.

Belconnen United Sharks v Queanbeyan Blues
3pm, Saturday June 22 – O’Connor

The Queanbeyan Blues may have put 50 points on the Sharks in their Round 1 clash but the Sharks will be determined to continue their recent form.

The Sharks have won three of their last four matches and are starting to move their way up the ladder and a win this weekend could see them potentially move within two points off the top four.

The Queanbeyan Blues claimed a gutsy 24-16 win over the Woden Valley Rams despite the absence of captain-coach Terry Campese.

They’ll be without him again this weekend but the Blues will hoping to continue accruing points as they aim to return to finals football in 2019.

Yass Magpies v Woden Valley Rams
3pm, Saturday June 22 – Walker Park

The Yass Magpies are without a win since Round 3 and will be chasing the two competition points as they host the Woden Valley Rams.

The Magpies showed plenty of determination before eventually going down to the Warriors last weekend.

Woden will be looking to return to winning ways after going down to the Blues last weekend.

With the gap between third and seventh place only four points, the Rams will be hoping to remain clear of the chasing pack.

West Belconnen Warriors v Tuggeranong Bushrangers
2pm, Sunday June 23 – Raiders Belconnen

The West Belconnen Warriors host the Tuggeranong Bushrangers in the Sunday fixture at Raiders Belconnen.

The Warriors have been inconsistent so far this season and after defeating Yass last weekend, will be chasing back to back wins for the first time since Round 3.

The Tuggeranong Bushrangers are deservedly on top of the ladder and will be aiming to beat West Belconnen for the second time this season.

The Bushrangers have built their season on their impressive defence, while their skipper Josh Mitchell leads the voting for the McIntyre Medal.
