Blumers Lawyers CRC Round 12 Preview

The Gungahlin Bulls host the Tuggeranong Bushrangers in the Round 12 Match of the Round while two in-form sides go head to head when the Queanbeyan Kangaroos play the Woden Valley Rams.

Gungahlin Bulls v Tuggeranong Bushrangers
3pm, Saturday, July 6, - Gungahlin Enclosed Oval

Two sides in contrasting form meet at Gungahlin Enclosed Oval this Saturday, searching for wins for different reasons.

The top of the table Bushrangers enter the match after a thrilling win against Goulburn last weekend and will be looking for their second win over the Bulls this season.

Gungahlin enter the match with their finals aspirations on the line after a disappointing month of results has seen them fall away from the top four sides.

However, the Bulls have lifted against the top sides this season having beaten both Woden and the Queanbeyan Blues. Gungahlin also claimed a win in this fixture last year, as they beat the Bushrangers at home.

Belconnen United Sharks v Goulburn Workers Bulldogs
3pm, Saturday, July 6, - O’Connor

After enjoying the bye last weekend, the Belconnen United Sharks will be looking to continue their recent form as they hope to make their way into finals contention.

The Sharks, who have won three of their last five games currently sit in seventh place but are only four points behind Goulburn who are currently fourth.

Goulburn enter the match on the back of consecutive defeats and will desperately be hoping for a win to remain in the top four.

The Bulldogs won the reverse fixture this season 60-20 and will be hoping for a repeat performance.

Queanbeyan Kangaroos v Woden Valley Rams
3pm, Saturday, July 6, - Seears Workwear Oval

The Queanbeyan Kangaroos could possibly move into the top four for the first time this season if they claim a win against Woden and other results go their way this weekend.

The Kangaroos are one of the form sides in the competition at the moment with four wins from their last five matches.

Woden have been equally impressive with five wins from six matches and sit only one point off the top of the table.

The Rams lead the competition when it comes to defence having only conceded 190 points and also managed to win the reverse fixture earlier this season with a 24-22 win.

Yass Magpies v Queanbeyan Blues
3:15pm, Saturday, July 6, - Walker Park

The Yass Magpies host the Queanbeyan Blues at Walker Park this Saturday as they continue to chase their second win of the season.

The Magpies went down 10-0  to the Kangaroos last weekend and will be looking for repeat performance in defence this Saturday.

The Blues have won their last three matches to climb to second on the ladder and now only sit one point behind the top of the table Bushrangers.

The Queanbeyan outfit were ruthless in defeating Yass 60-12 at Seiffert Oval but the Magpies have improved significantly over the last month and should provide a much sterner test.
