Grand final judiciary results: Tapine to miss one match

Canberra forward Joseph Tapine will miss New Zealand's first end-of-year Test after he pleaded guilty to a high tackle charge from Sunday's grand final loss to the Roosters.

Tapine was handed a grade-one careless high tackle charge for a hit on Roosters lock Victor Radley in the 13th minute of the Telstra Premiership decider.

He has received a one-game ban with an early guilty plea, meaning he will be unavailable for New Zealand's clash with Australia in Wollongong on October 25. He will be free to play for the Kiwis against Great Britain a week later.
