Having collected all the votes from the McIntyre Medal tally, here is the 2019 Blumers Lawyers Canberra Raiders Cup Team of the Year.

To separate players on the same number of votes, the player in the side that finished highest on the ladder is included. If the two players are from the same team, the player who scored the most tries will be selected.

Players who were guilty of a charge throughout the course of the season are not eligible for this team.

Halves: Mitchell Cornish (21) & Nick Cornish (13)

The big talking point for Goulburn going into the season was about how the Cornish brothers would change the club’s recent fortunes and the three delivered in spades.

Mitchell scored 20 tries across the season as well as setting up countless others, while Nick scored 15 tries himself. The duo finished second and fourth on the try scoring charts.

Mitchell Cornish won the McIntyre Medal as the Best & Fairest player in the league and Nick finished fourth in the overall tally.

The Goulburn duo win their places ahead of Bobby Roberts, Lincoln Withers and Tre Williams.
